Your day to day
· You’ll be the go-to for customer sales support in QLD · Deal with quotes, freight calculations, order follow-ups – all the sales jazz · Explain tools and products like you’ve been using them for years (don’t worry – they’ll teach you) · Problem-solve when things go sideways – they will, and that’s OK · Build real customer relationships (no “please hold” scripts) · Easy upsell to existing customers – this isn’t pushy sales, it’s solutions-based selling · Help guide customers who think they know what they want, but don’t
You
You get a kick out of learning, you’re technically minded and not afraid of systems and technology. Maybe you started studying a trade but the service side is more your deal?
You’re a customer service guru, going above and beyond to assist a loyal customer base.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with technical products before. ERP experience? Great. Pronto? Even better.
You’re comfortable with Teams, CRMs, and all the usual software. Mostly it’s about the right attitude.
