A role where quality isn’t just a checkbox. It’s a company standard.
Start your day with purpose on the factory floor.
Be the one who sets the bar. And keeps it high.
Join a fast-growing manufacturing business that’s reshaping modular construction across Australia. Interpod is scaling rapidly, and they’re looking for a Quality Manager who can grow with them. You’ll be hands-on and present where it counts: in production, on-site, embedded in the process. Because great quality doesn’t come from behind a desk - it comes from strong systems, accountability, and leadership in real time.
The gig: You’ll take the lead on quality assurance across all areas of manufacturing, reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with production, design, and leadership teams. Your role will include:
Overseeing quality control processes and compliance with relevant standards
Conducting regular inspections, audits and root cause analysis
Training and coaching production teams on quality expectations and processes
Managing non-conformances and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining and updating documentation, procedures and reporting systems
Who we’re looking for: You’ve worked in a manufacturing or production environment before. And you get how quality fits into the bigger picture. You know how to build a system, lead with consistency, and bring people along with you. You’re confident working with data to drive decisions, not just gut feel. LEAN or Six Sigma experience is a big plus, because we’re looking for someone who can lead structured improvement, not just maintain the status quo. This role is ideal for someone who’s process-driven, confident in managing compliance, and ready to step into a role with real influence.
Your new employer: Interpod is a national leader in modular manufacturing with a strong pipeline of projects and major growth ahead. They’ve scaled production by 40% in a single quarter. And they’re just getting started. The team is practical, values-led, and invested in doing things the right way. You’ll have support from leadership, and the chance to build something that lasts.
