Process Operator – Food Production | Wellcamp Location
Our client, a trusted leader in Australian food manufacturing, is looking for a Process Operator to join their Wellcamp production team!

About the Role: As a Process Operator, you’ll take responsibility for the end-to-end running of the food processing and packing lines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Performing pre-op checks and equipment setup to keep production running on time
Operating and troubleshooting food processing machinery
Working across High Care, Low Care, and Boxing Room areas
Conducting on-line quality checks
Cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and equipment
Following all food safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Pitching in across different factory areas when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Strong technical mindset and a "problem-solving" attitude
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Knowledge of HACCP and GMP standards
Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
Team player with a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work different shifts
Food Processing Certification (desirable)
Experience working with robotics and SCADA (a bonus!)
