Role: Production Assembler
Location: Brendale Type: Temp-to-Perm (after 4.5 months) Award: Level 2 Manufacturing Award Pay: $32.25 per hour Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Assemble extension ladders using fibreglass and aluminium materials.
Perform drilling and riveting tasks as part of the production process.
Follow simple work drawings to ensure accuracy.
Ensure all products meet safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Knowledge of hand tools (drills, riveters, etc.).
Ability to follow simple work drawings.
Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic.
Physically fit, as some lifting is involved.
Strong interest in a long-term career. (Training for this role is time-consuming and costly, so we need someone committed to staying long-term.)
About You
Previous experience in a production or assembly role (preferred but not essential).
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
