Our client a leading electrical wholesaler is looking for two Operations Support Coordinators to join a fast-paced distribution team, where no two days are the same.
These roles are ideal for someone who naturally becomes the “go-to” person in a busy, fast-moving environment.
Are you part coordinator, part problem-solver, part glue holding the operation together when things get hectic?
You’ll be right in the middle of the action supporting customers, warehouse teams, and operations staff to keep everything flowing smoothly behind the scenes- think less “watching the wheels turn” and more making sure they don’t fall off.
If you’ve come from warehousing, logistics, transport coordination, dispatch, or customer service, and you actually enjoy juggling priorities, solving problems, and keeping things moving in a high-volume environment, (you’ll fit right in here)
Two shift options available:
6:00am – 2:00pm
9:30am – 6:00pm

The Role
Working from an air-conditioned office within the warehouse facility, you’ll support day-to-day operations across customer service, logistics and warehouse coordination functions.
You’ll work closely with warehouse supervisors, inventory teams, branch staff and operations leaders to help manage orders, delivery issues and operational processes across the distribution network.
This is a hands-on operational support role with a strong customer service focus and plenty of variety throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
Acting as a key point of contact for branch and customer enquiries
Providing delivery updates, tracking orders, managing urgent requests, and resolving stock discrepancies quickly and accurately.
Coordinating returns, credits and reverse logistics processes
Supporting the release and management of customer orders
Communicating with warehouse teams regarding priorities and order changes
Updating databases and internal operational systems accurately
Supporting safety procedures, audits and compliance processes
Coordinating consumables, warehouse supplies and service providers
Assisting with operational projects and site preparation activities
The business is in a strong growth phase, and this role will be key in keeping operations ready for scale while driving continuous improvement across the site.. We’re open to applicants from all industries, but experience that will set you up for success includes:
