Our client, a leading Australian manufacturer of premium ladders, is seeking a motivated and reliable Ladder Packer/Despatch Person to join their team!
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, physical role perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, practical environment. You’ll be responsible for:
Picking and packing ladders onto pallets
Strapping and wrapping pallets for transport
Loading and unloading trucks
Assisting with general factory work when despatch is quiet
What We're Looking For:
Someone seeking a long-term position who is punctual, reliable, and hardworking
A current Forklift licence (essential)
Comfortable with bending, lifting, and physical work
A strong team player with a good work ethic
