What you’ll be doing:
Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities. Keeping Salesforce sharp
Building relationships with consultants, distributors, and decision-makers.
Working closely with product and marketing teams to shape the roadmap.
Managing a small team (2 technicians & 1 Customer Service)
Delivering training, solving problems, and keeping things moving
To hit the ground running, you’ll need:
A trade background, ideally as an Electrical Fitter Mechanic.
Experience with switchgear, low voltage controls, or metering tech.
A commercial mindset, technical credibility, and a genuine team focus
Proven experience motivating and leading others
A driver’s licence and a passport that’s ready when you are
