Exposure to commercial projects | Tier one electrical contractor
Dedicated mentorship with clear paths for growth
Invent. Build. Power up Australia. Join a tier one team transforming infrastructure.
Looking to kickstart your electrical engineering career?
Imagine your work powering critical infrastructure across Australia.
You won’t be watching from the sidelines. You’ll be laying out real systems for real spaces, the kind of work you can walk through and say, “I helped build that.”
It’s hands-on, high-impact work, and it’s just the beginning.
Sound cool? We know.
This electrical company has been leading the charge for over 100 years.
What’s in it for you?
Not only will you be rubbing shoulders with other tier one contractors in the game but mentored by industry leaders.
We’re talking profit share, an attractive base salary and team lunches. And the benefits don’t stop there, imagine a workspace filled with endless growth opportunities, structured development and a commitment to continuous learning.
About The Opportunity:
You’ll find yourself working alongside senior engineers and project leads, supporting the design of lighting, power, and data systems for commercial fit outs, refurbishments, and electrical upgrades.
You’ll be marking up plans, drafting layouts, and learning how to turn concepts into buildable designs- real work, on real projects, from day one.
You won’t just stick to one desk either. You’ll rotate through teams like estimating and BIM modelling, learning how the numbers stack up and how it all gets brought to life on-site.
From site walk-throughs to design reviews, pull up a seat beside people who know their stuff- and are ready to show you how it’s done.
You’ll get access to structured mentoring, monthly RDOs, and profit share bonuses, plus the backing of a tier one team who wants you to grow.
Team lunches, tight-knit support, and hands-on learning?
That’s just how things are done here.
Your chance to learn, grow, and leave a lasting mark on projects that matter.
About The Business:
This isn’t your typical electrical company; it’s a driving force in critical infrastructure.
For over 100 years, this tier one has been shaping the future of electrical solutions and wiring up the country’s most critical infrastructure.
From hospitals and data centres to stadiums, airports and defence facilities, if it powers the country, they’ve had a hand in it.
About You:
You’re curious, switched on, and ready to build the foundation of your engineering career.
Maybe you’ve just wrapped up your electrical engineering degree, and now you’re looking for the right place to put it to work, or you’ve been in the game for a couple of years.
Either way you’re excited by the idea of working on lighting, power, and data systems, diving into low voltage packages, and supporting real-world projects like commercial fit-outs and refurbishments.
You’re comfortable marking up plans, reviewing schematics, and helping to bring designs to life, even in fast-paced, live-site environments.
You work well with others and you’re keen to collaborate, shadowing senior engineers, supporting the estimating team, or learning the ropes in BIM with Revit.
