About the role

Expect plenty of variety across public and private sector developments and the chance to bring ideas, leadership and drive to the table.
You can expect to be administering construction works and monitoring all project milestones, liaising with contractors, clients and consultants and ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards are being met consistently.
The preparation and maintenance of project documentation and reports is critical, alongside your ability in supporting junior engineers and collaborating with senior leaders.

Inquisitive? Curious about certain processes and have ideas? It's all welcome. Your juniors are looking up to you, you're a mentor and role model to them.
You're insightful. An innovative engineer. Loves finding solutions to problems.
You'll hold a considerable ability in the superintendency of civil infrastructure works under contract between the principal and contractor. You get the construction techniques and processes too. Aside all of this, it's essential that you hold a Civil Engineering Degree or suitable Diploma Level qualification, with a minimum of 4 years professional experience in civil infrastructure, particularly land subdivisions. A Drivers Licence and White Card is also essential.
