We’re working with a much-loved charity that rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes animals across the state to find an experienced Financial Accountant for a short-term project. This is a 3-month temporary role with an immediate start, perfect for someone who loves the thrill of temp work, learning new things, and gaining exposure to a new industry.

You’ll be jumping in to help tidy up the books, streamline reconciliations, and get everything running smoothly ahead of their year-end audit. It’s hands-on work with a supportive CFO and Accountant who’ll value your expertise and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:
Preparing and reconciling balance sheets and accounts
Investigating and resolving discrepancies
Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
Streamlining and documenting processes to improve efficiency
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc accounting tasks

What they’re looking for:
CPA or CA qualified
Strong reconciliation and financial reporting skills
Confident using ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a bonus)
Available to start immediately and hit the ground running
