Some people see contracts as paperwork. Others see them for what they really are, the backbone of delivery. If you're in the second camp, you're in the right place.
This is a Contract Administrator role where you'll be trusted to manage the details that matter, not just to the build, but to the community it serves.
From aged care upgrades to regional schools and civic infrastructure, these projects run on precision. And that’s what you’ll bring.
You’ll be part of a business with a long-standing reputation for doing things properly. No fluff, no shortcuts, just a steady track record of building spaces that support how people live, learn, and connect. The delivery team you’ll join works across NSW, handling public and institutional builds that need to be delivered with clarity and care.
Clients come back because the work is consistent, sharp on the detail, and strong on the follow-through.
The Role
You’ll be across everything from drafting and reviewing contracts, managing timelines and variations, to keeping documentation airtight and communication flowing between internal teams and subcontractors. This is a commercial support role that’s embedded deep in delivery, not just observing from the sidelines.
You’ll work from a Newcastle office with top-floor views and a delivery team that values straight talk, high standards, and having each other’s backs. There’s some site travel across NSW, but your home base is here, close to the people and projects you’ll be supporting.
You have previous contract admin experience in construction, a good head for compliance, and the calm to keep things moving when the pressure’s on. Familiarity with systems like Procore or Monday.com is great, but what matters most is how you show up, precise, proactive, and ready to take ownership.
