This isn’t a place where you’re just balancing ledgers. Because they work closely with every client, they genuinely understand the ripple effect of good advice, for families, businesses and the communities they’re part of.
Now, they’re looking for a Bookkeeper who values that same sense of purpose and passion.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage a portfolio of clients on behalf of the frim, keeping their financial systems running smoothly and accurately.
Work alongside Natasha, the firm’s lead bookkeeper, as part of a collaborative team.
You’ll also be that trusted point of contact. The calm in your clients’ financial storms.
Work closely with accountants, managers, and partners to make sure everything adds up, literally and figuratively.
Expect your days to include:
Recording and allocating financial transactions accurately, including income, expenses, and journal entries.
Processing supplier payments, issue credit notes, and maintain subsidiary ledgers while reconciling bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Overseeing all payroll functions, including timesheet processing, ABA files, payslip distribution and superannuation lodgements.
Preparing and delivering clear, insightful management and financial reports for clients, while identifying and recommending improvements to financial systems, processes, and technology.
What’s in It for You
$85K–$95K + super, depending on experience.
Permanent role
Full-time hours: Mon- Fri (8am–5pm)
Flexible working options between home and office.

Who You Are
Experienced in bookkeeping or accounting support, with a knack for detail and organisation.
Confident using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks (most clients are on Xero).
Highly skilled in payroll functionality.
Someone who takes ownership of tasks, timelines, and client outcomes.
Curious, proactive, and eager to grow within a supportive, knowledgeable team.
