They’re now looking for a Receptionist who’ll be the welcoming face and voice of the office, while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
The role at a glance
Managing incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the right people
Keeping the office in check, from supplies to mail
Entering supplier invoices and allocating bank feeds in MYOB
Reviewing site timesheets and supporting the accounts team
Preparing supplier and subcontractor payments (weekly and monthly)
Scanning, filing, and keeping things organised
What we’re looking for
Experience in reception or admin, ideally in construction or a related industry
Solid tenure in your career — Nicsons value loyalty and long-term commitment
MYOB experience is a must
