Muswellbrook Shire Council need a Works Supervisor who can lead a team, keep projects moving, and make sure everything stays safe, on budget, and above board
You will:
Lead and motivate a works crew across construction and maintenance projects
Handle planning, costing, and paperwork
Jump in for emergencies- storm damage, washouts, the works
Keep safety front and centre
You’ve got:
Cert IV in Local Government (or working towards it)
Road construction and maintenance experience
The ability to read civil plans and manage risk
A C Class licence (traffic management ticket a plus)
Leadership skills
