If “running a tight ship” is your natural setting, keep reading.
Our client wants someone who keeps the warehouse organised, informed, and ahead of problems.
Because while everyone else is focused on moving product, you’ll be the one making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks, the stock numbers, the paperwork, the updates, the communication.
The things that quietly make the warehouse work.
And that’s exactly why this role exists.
Why they need you:
The business is growing, the team is expanding, and the warehouse needs someone who can keep the admin, inventory information, and safety documentation in line. That’s where you come in, the person who turns hundreds of small moving parts into one smooth operation.
What you’ll actually be doing
Keeping inventory records accurate
Updating systems (Pronto, Excel, the usual suspects)
Making sure backorders are tracked and communicated
Liaising with the customer service team and head office
Getting documentation where it needs to go
Supporting the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day information
If you’ve got 2–3 years of warehouse admin experience, strong communication skills, private transport, and you’re the type who turns up consistently… you’ll slot in seamlessly.
Why work here? Our client is the rare kind of business where people stick around, 10, 10, even 25 years.
Because:
Leadership is approachable
The culture is supportive
People are treated like adults
There’s an open-door way of working
They invest in tools that make your job easier
The onsite facilities are genuinely impressive (gym, rooftop terrace, proper lunch spaces, the works)
You also get monthly BBQs and real opportunities to grow as the warehouse team expands.
