You know how to deliver an industrial subdivision.
Not watch from the sidelines. Not lend a hand here or there.
Actually deliver.
Innovative? Dynamic? An environment where your technical skills and creativity can shine?
Ready to bring your industry experience into an uplifting team? A team who’s motivated and cheering each other on.
You’ll be joining a direct team of 12, but in the wider business, 80 plus.
Based out of Penrith CBD, a brand-new office, all the facilities you could dream of. Ample parking, public transport facilities, cafes and shopping centres. You’re spoilt for choice. Also, who doesn’t love a 3pm knock-off every Friday!
About The Role
You’ll be at the forefront and playing a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all activities in line with land development and major infrastructure projects.
The sweet spot is greenfield subdivisions, ideally industrial.
Big tick if you've also had exposure across residential or commercial land development, but greenfield is our priority.
You’ll encompass everything from master planning and development applications through to the final handover of projects. Efficiency, timing and within budget. It’s a no brainer, right? You’ll hone in on your close liaison with clients, sub-consultants and all other stakeholders for that best outcome.
Financial records and timely invoicing won’t come new to you either. It’s important you’re maintaining this from start to end. Upholding and promoting quality assurance comes naturally. But hey, with a solid team on your hands, it’s got to be front of mind.
About You
You’ve delivered end-to-end on land development projects, particularly greenfield subdivisions. You’ve wrangled sub-consultants, smoothed out clients, navigated councils, and made it look effortless.
You might be in a Project Manager seat right now but ready for the next challenge, or you might already be a Senior Project Manager with around 7 years of solid project delivery experience.
Whether you’re currently leading industrial subdivisions or working across broader greenfield developments, you’ll bring a strong background in civil engineering and land development.
Residential, commercial? That’s useful too. But greenfield and industrial are what we’re focusing on here. You’ve got your head around budgets, programs, invoices and QA. Taking ownership from start to finish.
You’re confident in your client interactions. Not just emails and spreadsheets. Real conversations and relationships. You’ll also bring a degree in Civil Engineering or similar. A solid practical knowledge of construction methodologies, design principles and NSW statutory requirements.
Your New Organisation
A trusted and highly respected partner in providing innovative Civil Engineering and Project Management services, for Land Development and Infrastructure projects is just a small snippet of who they are.
It’s the people. The culture. The environment. They’ve built a strong reputation across the Greater Sydney region over the last 40 years.
As a land developer or Government client, they’ll have access to a complete range of services across strategic engineering, planning, project management, civil engineering design, stormwater management and more!
To say you’ll have some pretty impressive colleagues and mentors is an understatement.
You’ll be working with a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values your contributions. Your career is front-of-mind, so growing in a role that offers leadership opportunities and technical challenges is the kind of environment you’ll get to enjoy.
