I’m sending out an open invitation for a capable recruiter to join our existing Brisbane branch, and help grow our Trade and Industrial recruitment niche.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Make your mark on Rarekind by building strong relationships across Brisbane’s industrial market. You’ll connect with new and existing clients, convert leads, and get involved in the community to become the go-to recruiter in your space.
Dive into a hot desk of industrial and trades temporary and permanent roles. You’ll be supported by an experienced team, and your local and remote colleagues – they’re with you every step of the way.
Write engaging job ads (no fluff here) and actively source candidates through Rarekind’sever-growing database, referrals, advertising, and social channels. You’ll work closely with your tight-knit team to spot the standouts and bring the right people to the table.
Pilot the candidate journey end to end. From first contact through to offer and placement, you’ll lead the charge on a standout candidate experience, while staying on top of all the crucial compliance and onboarding requirements.
Keep your clients in the loop every step of the way. You’ll take detailed job briefs, share advice on the job market, including wage trends and candidate availability, and provide regular updates on how things are tracking.
Choose your own adventure. You’ll work closely with Leaders and Directors to build and deploy a growth strategy for a region that we’re investing in. But don’t worry – there’s no helicopter parenting here.
What are we looking for?
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. We're open to experience levels, but a few years recruiting will give you the best start. A background in blue collar recruitment will be handy.
