Join a company that truly values its people. Work alongside a collaborative team that’s driven by growth and positivity.

Located in a stunning office just steps away from Penrith Station and Westfield and enjoy an early finish every Friday.

Whilst this is a Maternity-Leave contract role, this is your chance to join a company that goes above and beyond to retain great talent.

The Gig

We’re on the hunt for an admin superhero, cape optional, Excel skills a must!

As a Project Administrator, you’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.

Your days will be filled with a mix of project and office administration, from tracking financials and processing invoices to preparing documents and supporting meetings.

You’ll be working closely with engineers, project managers, and clients, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

No two days will be the same, and your ability to juggle priorities will shine, especially during end-of-month deadlines.

About you.

You’re a natural multitasker with exceptional organisational skills and enjoy building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

You’re tech-savvy, with advanced Excel skills. Your communication skills are second to none, and you thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.

While experience in project administration or the engineering industry would be a bonus, your ability to adapt, prioritise, and excel in a support role is what truly sets you apart.
