Shape the future of cooling systems and product development
On-site role with monthly RDOs
Global training, growth opportunities, and annual bonuses
Ever wanted to see your engineering work go beyond drawings and reports, to watch it come alive on the factory floor and in products shipped to data centres and industrial facilities across the world?
Maybe you’ve sharpened your problem-solving skills in manufacturing and design, and now you’re ready for more. A role where you’re part of product development, in the mix with global projects, and building commercial know-how along the way.
This is that role.
You’ll be the engineer who bridges ideas and reality.
One day, you’re refining a product design, so it flows into production.
The next, you’re in the factory floor solving challenges, running performance checks on-site, or working alongside global teams on a game-changing SAP migration.
And because it’s a smaller local operation backed by a global giant, you see your impact every single day, with the resources, training, and career pathways to take you further.
And the benefits? They stack up. An annual incentive plan worth up to 3% of your salary, monthly RDOs, an additional day of leave, plus salary continuance insurance, wellbeing programs, and more.
Add global training opportunities, and you’ve got more than just a job, you’ve got a career you can grow with.
Sound good? We think so.
About The Opportunity
Picture walking into the factory and seeing a product you’ve helped refine being built, tested, and shipped.
That’s the everyday reality here.
You’ll have a hand in product development and improvement, ensuring designs make sense for manufacturing, while also being the person who steps in when challenges arise.
Whether it’s running reports on production performance, advising order processing teams, or supporting a warranty investigation, you’re right at the centre of the action.
It’s a balance of technical engineering, commercial awareness, and collaboration with both local and global teams. You’ll get to build your experience across multiple areas while always knowing your work has a direct, visible impact.
The Business
Baltimore Aircoil is a global leader in sustainable cooling and HVAC solutions. Locally, it’s a tight-knit team of around 35 in the office and 50 in the factory, where everyone knows your name and your work is seen.
Globally, it’s a powerhouse, backing you with serious resources, world-class training, and career pathways that can take you anywhere.
The culture blends the best of both worlds. Collaborative and supportive, with the stability of long-term staff and the energy of ambitious younger engineers carving their paths.
With major data centre clients raising the bar, innovation is part of the everyday. You’ll be part of a business that’s thriving, forward-thinking, and constantly looking to do things better.
About You
You’re hands-on, practical, and motivated to be part of a role where variety is the norm.
Some days you’re deep in product development, refining a design or looking at heat transfer challenges.
The next you’re on the production floor, troubleshooting issues or making sure sales orders can be delivered smoothly. You’re equally comfortable contributing to global projects like ERP migration or heading out to site to check performance.
You’ve probably got one to three years under your belt in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, with a solid foundation in product design or HVAC.
You know your way around AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor, understand BOMs and MRP systems, and have a working knowledge of Australian Standards. If you’ve got thermodynamics or heat transfer knowledge, that’s even better.
The Next Steps
Hit apply with your CV to be directly considered.
