You’ll enjoy a flexible part-time structure of around four days per week, with the flexibility to work around school hours or family commitments, plus early finishes and genuine trust when it comes to managing your working hours.

You’ll also have access to a bonus structure on top of your base salary.

This is a hands on HR and administration role supporting the leadership team.

Part HR. Part coordination. Part office heartbeat.

You’ll support recruitment activity, coordinate training programs, assist with onboarding, and help deliver people and culture initiatives across the business.

You’ll also support the Managing Director and senior leaders with travel, events, and day to day organisation.

One day you might be helping coordinate leadership training.

The next you could be organising a team event or helping prepare for a distributor visit.

It’s varied. Fast paced. And perfect for someone who enjoys being across everything.
