You love making things run smoothly, helping people feel welcome, and getting the details right.
This is more than a front desk role. You’ll be the friendly face and the behind-the-scenes expert making sure clients get the support they need – especially when it comes to the NDIS.
Located in Newport, our client is a growing allied health clinic focused on tailored rehab programs, functional magnetic stimulation, and chiropractic care, helping people move and feel better every day. A small, all-female team that’s friendly, professional, and easy-going. They’re a busy clinic, but they have each other’s backs. It’s the kind of workplace where your contribution really matters.
They’re newly NDIS-accredited and need an NDIS billing specialist who’s done more than just dabble.
You’ve built the whole thing before – accounts, codes, processes – the lot. You’ll be the one showing them how it’s done. The in-house expert who sets it up right and makes life simpler for the team and their clients.
You’re someone who’s done this before and loves the satisfaction of getting the complex stuff right – you’ll fit right in.
The Role
3 days a week (Tues–Fri, you choose)
5 hours a day. School hours? Late start? Up to you
15 hours a week to kick off.
Casual gig for now. If it works, it could last.
Always on-site in Newport. Face-to-face is key
Perks? Half-price on their rehab program and a free chiro session every month.
You
You’re the type people actually like talking to at the front desk. Warm, welcoming, zero attitude.
You know your way around medical reception. Allied health? Even better.
You’re not someone who’s just “helped with” NDIS billing. You’ve set it up. You own it.
You don’t lose your cool when things get busy. You can juggle ten things without dropping any.
You show up, get stuck in, and have your teammates’ backs.
