This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys solving problems and is motivated by making a genuine difference in people's lives.
Picture yourself in an environment where your ideas are not just welcomed but celebrated. Where the CEO knows you by name, and the team feels like a second family.
That’s the kind of culture CBHS Health Fund has created, and you could be part of it too.
A company that cares. From additional leave to discounted health insurance, it’s perks galore over here!
You’ll be flexible to work a rotating roster between 8:00 am - 7 pm, and the convenience of working from home three days a week. You’ll have the ultimate work-life balance.
Location? Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Parramatta Station. A 3-minute walk!
At CBHS the sky is the limit. Think of customer service as the ultimate training ground for internal progression. Many team leaders started in your shoes!
The gig?
As a Member Services Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for CBHS members. Whether it’s over the phone, through chat, or via email, you’ll be there to deliver top-notch customer service.
You love the buzz of a busy and fast-paced environment, with the satisfaction of knowing you’ve made a difference.
A contact centre that’s not just about scripts and robotic responses, it is where every conversation is a chance to shine. You’re the type of person who thinks on your feet, resilience is your superpower, and you adapt to change at the snap of your fingers.
Some conversations will be straightforward. Others won’t. You could be supporting members through health challenges, financial hardship, or difficult life circumstances, so empathy, emotional resilience, and knowing how to support someone through the tough moments matters just as much as solving problems.
At your core, you just love helping others. Your communication skills are stellar, and you’ve got a knack for problem-solving.
You might have worked in a contact centre before – bonus points. Or maybe you’re keen to get out of the weekend rosters of retail and hospitality and move into a stable Monday to Friday gig.
This role is rewarding – but it is also demanding.
You’ll be handling a high volume of interactions, including complex and emotionally sensitive conversations. Success in this role comes from balancing empathy with efficiency, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
If you're looking for a role where you can grow, challenge yourself, and make a meaningful difference then this is it.
