Due to ongoing work, they are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their team in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Fitter looking for a long term position with a reputable business.

The Role
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for mechanical assembly, fitting and installation work, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Mechanical fitting and assembly
Working from engineering drawings
Using hand and power tools
Carrying out inspection and quality checks
Assisting with maintenance and fault finding
Following health & safety procedures
Working as part of a skilled engineering team
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Fitter
Strong mechanical and practical skills
Experience reading engineering drawings
Good attention to detail
A strong commitment to health & safety
A reliable and hardworking attitude
