The Role
You’ll be leading a team of 5–10 people in a key part of the manufacturing process. That could be concreting, tiling, steel fabrication, carpentry — depends where your skills align. But no matter the section, your goal’s the same: keep standards high, output consistent, and the team engaged. You won’t be watching from the sidelines. This is hands-on. You’ll be involved in planning workloads, managing quality, hitting KPIs, and lending a hand when things get tight.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
Leading your team with clarity, energy, and purpose.
Scheduling and coordinating workflow — keeping production smooth.
Fixing problems without creating more.
Keeping quality tight and defects low.
Setting the tone on the floor — because culture starts with you.
Who You Are:
You’ve led teams before — ideally in construction or manufacturing.
You don’t need babysitting — you take ownership and move things forward.
You know how to get the best out of people (without barking orders).
You understand how to balance quality, safety, and speed.
You’re practical, calm under pressure, and have a decent sense of humour.
