  string(2557) "We’re currently partnering with several busy manufacturing and production sites across the Central Coast that are continuing to grow and are looking for reliable General Labourers and Trade Assistants to join their teams.

We’re particularly interested in people with experience in:
Concreting or concrete finishing
Waterproofing
Caulking and sealing
Construction labouring
Patching, grinding, or general finishing work
Trade assistant or factory-based construction environments
Whether you come from construction, civil, manufacturing, precast, waterproofing, or general labouring backgrounds, we’d love to hear from you.

What work could look like:
Assisting production and manufacturing teams
Concrete patching, grinding, repair, and finishing work
Applying waterproofing products and sealants
Caulking and finishing to a high standard
Using hand and power tools safely and confidently
Supporting trades and site operations where needed
Maintaining quality standards and safe work practices
These environments are fast-paced and team-focused, ideal for people who enjoy staying busy and take pride in quality work.

What we’re looking for:
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or labouring environments
Exposure to concreting, waterproofing, caulking, sealing, timber and steel fixing
Confidence using hand and power tools
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong commitment to safety and quality
