We’re on the hunt for a sharp operator (pun absolutely intended) to join our client’s team as a Knife Hand!

What you'll be doing:

Handling knives with skill, precision, and safety
Preparing pork products to spec
Working in cold room conditions
Being part of a streamlined and efficient production process


We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Has knife handling experience (or is keen to learn and not afraid of the work)
✔️ Is physically fit and okay with cold environments
✔️ Can commit to early starts (we’re talking 3am sharp!)
✔️ Wants to be part of a hardworking, respectful team
