This role is ideal for someone confident in HR admin, who thrives on structure, and wants a part-time role that offers impact and long-term opportunity.
The gig: You’ll be the go-to for all things HR coordination, working closely with the People & Culture lead and supported by external HR consultants for any complex issues.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Onboarding and offboarding new hires, particularly labour hire and factory staff • Weekly check-ins with new starters and reporting on progress • Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy • Drafting contracts and letters, and supporting with general HR admin • Supporting engagement programs, surveys and wellness initiatives
