You’ll be on-site when it matters most, early mornings when the factory starts, ensuring new starters are welcomed, onboarded and supported from day one.

This role is ideal for someone confident in HR admin, who thrives on structure, and wants a part-time role that offers impact and long-term opportunity.

The gig:
You’ll be the go-to for all things HR coordination, working closely with the People & Culture lead and supported by external HR consultants for any complex issues.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Onboarding and offboarding new hires, particularly labour hire and factory staff
• Weekly check-ins with new starters and reporting on progress
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy
• Drafting contracts and letters, and supporting with general HR admin
• Supporting engagement programs, surveys and wellness initiatives
