Join one of Australia’s leading fresh produce companies! Our client, is known for supplying Australia with high-quality fruit and vegetables—from farm to plate. With operations spanning across berries, mangoes, tomatoes, and a huge range of premium produce, their team keeps the country fed with the freshest seasonal products.

We’re currently seeking 2 Labourer/Forklift Drivers to join the Rocklea Markets team as volumes ramp up significantly over the coming weeks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, early starts, and consistent hours.

About the Role

You’ll be working in a busy fresh-produce distribution environment, moving crates, preparing orders, and operating forklifts. This site handles seasonal operations—strawberries from June to October, mangoes through summer, and bananas in their ripening rooms year-round.
Production is increasing from 250 crates to 900 crates next week, so we’re looking for people ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders
Forklift operation (LF licence required)
Loading and unloading trucks
Using a chainsaw to trim or cut product (full training provided)
Splitting pallets using a grabber
Stacking pallets safely and efficiently
General labouring duties around the warehouse
Hours & Roster

Start times: 1am or 2am
Shift length: 8 hours
Roster:
Typically Monday to Friday, OR may move to Sunday to Thursday depending on demand
Some weekend work may be required during peak season


What We’re Looking For
Valid LF Forklift Licence
Ability to work early-morning shifts consistently
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Comfortable with physical labour and repetitive tasks
Previous warehouse or produce experience is a bonus, but full training is provided
