You’ll manage everything, personally and professionally, for the Founder. Inboxes, calendars, projects, flights, travel, asset registrations, insurances, life admin, and business ops.

· Sharp. Not “finished all your tasks” sharp. It’s “don’t need to be told twice” sharp.
· Resourceful as hell. You can book a last-minute Euro trip for 20 people, keep multiple properties maintained, and still send thank-you cards. You’re always three steps ahead. You could probably run a small country.
· Independent. You don’t wait to be shown or taught. You just figure it out.
· Cool-headed. Thick-skinned. High standards. Zero fuss.
· Flexible. You know entrepreneur life isn’t 9–5. It’s rhythm-based. Sometimes mad. Sometimes mellow. You move with it.

This isn’t an “admin” gig. It’s becoming the right hand to someone who moves fast, thinks big, and needs someone exceptional in their corner. It’s mindset, ops, tech, and life management — all rolled into one.
