There’s something satisfying about seeing your work come to life.
Innovative? Dynamic? An environment where your technical skills and creativity can shine?
You’ll be joining a solid organisation with over 40 years under their belt across Greater Sydney. They’ve been helping the region across public and private sectors. Designing, managing and delivering some of the largest and innovative land development projects is what they’re all about.
Your new organisation has worked on some pretty impressive projects.
Based out of Penrith CBD, a brand-new office, all the facilities you could dream of. Ample parking, public transport facilities, cafes and shopping centres. You’re spoilt for choice.
You’ll be surrounded by people who are curious, collaborative, and quietly excellent. A place where asking questions is encouraged, and learning is part of the day-to-day.
Because you’re not finished growing. You’ve come a long way these last few years, but you’re not ready to plateau. Not when there’s more to learn, more to create, and more to contribute.
About The Opportunity:
You’ll step into a role where your drafting skills will genuinely shape the delivery of major land development and infrastructure projects across Greater Sydney.
As the Design Draftsperson, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate plans from concept sketches and DA submissions to detailed construction certificate documentation.
Working closely with designers, engineers and project teams, you’ll help turn vision into buildable reality.
The kind of opportunity that creates opportunity, for you to grow.
What You’ll Bring:
As the Design Draftsperson, you’ll be hands-on in bringing civil projects to life.
It’s detailed work, but satisfying, and you’ll be trusted to do it well.
You’ll ensure that all drafts meet the highest of standards and quality, on time and within budget of course.
Specialising and supporting major urban development projects and enhancing community infrastructure.
You’re confident working in BricsCAD or AutoCAD, with solid experience preparing 2D concept sketches, DA plans and Construction Certificate documentation.
Your background in land development and road infrastructure means you’ll thrive in this role.
Your team is supportive, collaborative and looking to uplift one another and with your level of experience, you’ll come right in, settle down and perhaps even start mentoring some of the graduates and interns too.
Sound familiar?

As a land developer or Government client, they’ll have access to a complete range of services across strategic engineering, planning, project management, civil engineering design, stormwater management and more! To say you’ll have some pretty impressive colleagues and mentors is an understatement.
You’ll be working with a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values your contributions. Your career is front-of-mind, so growing in a role that offers leadership opportunities and technical challenges is the kind of environment you’ll get to enjoy.
