We're looking for a hands-on Bulk Earthworks Supervisor to take the reins of our Bayswater Ash Dam operations. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping the job moving safely, efficiently and professionally.
This is a frontline leadership role where you'll be coordinating crews, managing plant and resources, communicating with clients and making sure the work gets done right the first time.
What you'll bring:
Strong bulk earthworks experience
Solid understanding of heavy machinery and materials handling
Ability to lead from the front and earn respect on site
Strong safety focus and operational mindset
Confidence dealing directly with clients and stakeholders

You're fair, consistent and accountable. You treat everyone the same, hold people to a high standard and build trust through action, not titles.
You know how to get the best out of a crew without playing favourites or creating drama.
