The Role
 
Winarch Live is well established. There are key strategic relationships in place. Think: local and state governments, promoters, and iconic community events, like Sydney NYE.
 
But your role is to lead the growth strategy of Winarch Live and take that strong commercial performance to the next level. That means strengthening existing relationships, building new relationships, and leveraging your already-developed network to create new revenue streams.
 
As a trusted member of the Executive Team for the Group, you’ll bring the strategic vision to life while driving your own bold agenda on your journey of taking the business from solid to standout. And strong, inspiring leadership of your 25-strong downstream will be a critical factor in unlocking that vision.

You & Your Alignment
 

• A commercially minded operator with senior leadership experience across events, entertainment, tourism, hospitality or venue management.
• Someone who understands the dance between creativity and commerciality. And can lead both sides with confidence.
• A natural people leader with the ability to inspire, influence and move fast.
• Strong P&L and budgeting skills, plus the drive to turn a big vision into sustainable growth.
• Experience working with business owners or exec teams, and the ability to push back (helpfully) when needed.
• Bonus points if you’re already a known name in the industry. Or know how to become one.

 
This is a hands-on, high-impact executive leadership role with full commercial and strategic ownership. You’ll shape strategy, drive revenue, build teams, and put Winarch Live on the map as a leader in event production, venue management, and live entertainment.
