Now, we’re looking for a Process Operator to join our Wellcamp team and help keep our food processing and packing lines running smoothly.
The role: In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end operation of our food production and packing lines, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety are front of mind.
What you’ll be doing:
Performing pre-op checks and equipment setup to keep production on schedule
Conducting on-line quality checks
Cleaning and carrying out basic maintenance on machines and equipment
Key washing – cleaning and sanitising trays, crates, and other reusable items critical to production
Following all food safety regulations and work instructions
Pitching in across other factory areas when needed
What we’re looking for:
A technical and problem-solving mindset towards food manufacturing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with HACCP and GMP
Comfortable working in cold environments
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Flexibility with shift times (starts between 6am and 8am)
Bonus points for a Certificate III in Food Processing or a forklift licence
