Fed up with the hustle and bustle? Endless traffic? Rent and mortgages through the roof?

Why put up with the city grind, when you could escape the chaos and thrive in a coastal town?

Picture this.

You’ve said goodbye to factoring in traffic and parking time every morning. Upon arrival, your parking spot is ready and waiting. Parking fees? Gone are the days of paying those!

The local cafe is buzzing. Whether you grab a morning brew or indulge in a treat to kick start your day, it’s all at your doorstep.

The day has only just begun, but you’re feeling good.

And then there’s lunch. You’re in the perfect spot—gorgeous beaches and a peaceful water foreshore are all within 5-10 minutes away. This is Newcastle living after all.

But this workplace isn’t just about location, it’s about the team dynamic. Culture is critical for a thriving workplace. Having been around for over 30 years, you don’t become the Hunter Region’s largest dealer of Konica Minolta, without its people.

If you like what you’re hearing and you’re an experienced Production Photocopier Technician, get ready to make an immediate impact.

Your Impact

The world is always moving forward, getting smarter, faster, better.

High quality is no longer the finish line—it's the starting point. Society are always hungry for the next big thing, pushing to stay ahead of the curve.

But what if you were the reason society had access to this innovation? The vessel, the connector. The expert behind the scenes, delivering what’s next, and making sure it all comes together.

In your new gig as a Production Photocopier Technician, you’ll be right at the centre of it—working with cutting-edge production equipment for the company’s biggest clients, ultimately delivering first class technical service.

You’ll be responsible for installations and maintenance, ensuring production equipment runs seamlessly. This means rolling up your sleeves to set up high-tech production equipment and installing any relevant third-party software.

From proactive maintenance to lightning-fast fault fixes and technical support, you’ll handle it all. This includes network, software, and firmware troubleshooting.

Your customer base stretches from the Central Coast to Port Macquarie, so you’ll be on the move at times—but you’ll be hitting the road in style with the company car included in your salary package.

Your Alignment

You may be wondering what experience you’ll need.

As an experienced Production Photocopier/Print Technician, you’ll have some solid years up your belt servicing Konica Minolta production products.

Have no Konica Minolta experience? No problem! If you’ve worked with other top brands like Ricoh, Toshiba, Canon, or HP, we’re still keen to chat. The key here is production print equipment experience.

What else will you need?

  • Experience with Fiery RIP
  • A Driver’s License and the ability to travel to client sites
If you’ve got experience with Workflow and Raster Image Processor (RIP) software, this will help you hit the ground running.

Your New Employer

As the Hunter Region's largest Konica Minolta dealer and premier supplier and service agent for well-known printing solutions, your new employer has been proudly independent for over 30 years. They supply a range of products, including cutting-edge 3D printers, and are committed to innovation and continuous growth.

With a team of over 28 staff, you’ll work in a modern office with onsite parking, a great atmosphere, and excellent amenities—including a coffee machine to keep you going.
