Pre-Sales Lead/Bid Architect (Multiple Positions/Domains)

You're experienced in Presales. More than that, you're an expert in your domain. You've worked your way up from Small/Medium business to Enterprise-level deals.

So why the constant handholding?

I mean, it's important to have support. But if you needed constant directing, you wouldn't be in your position.

Not here.

A team created only 7 years ago doesn't grow to $300M/yr in revenue without trusting the capability of the people they bring in.

If you get outcomes, this is the place for you.

And in return? Well, where do I start?

It's no surprise that a Big 4 Firm means financial security - there's a great salary complimented by a commission structure that rewards your hard work.

But it also means a lot more.

There's salary packaging, additional purchased leave, flex working & wfh, and too many lifestyle & partnership benefits to list. Literally - I have a word limit.

But you're someone who looks long-term, and you'll be happy here too. On top of support for qualifications, certifications, and courses, there's a progression pathway to Partner.

Not many people get to own a piece of their workplace. You will. If you want.

What are we looking for?

There's an opportunity for 5x experienced Presales Leads/Bid Architects to do what you do best and help take a diverse and growing team to a whole new level.

Ideally, at least 1x is based in Newy, but we're open to remote for all of them.

Specifically, we're looking for 3x Presales Leads/Bid Architects to work on projects up to $10M in specialty domains.

The specific systems don't matter, we know good people can be trained. But it's important that you're experienced in similar roles focused on one of:

  • HRIS/ERP (e.g. Workday, ELMO);
  • Finance (e.g. Dynamics FinOps, SAP); OR
  • Risk Management (e.g. ServiceNow)

The additional 2x positions are more Senior, working on larger deals for enterprise customers across all domains above. These deals will always be above $10M, and generally closer to $50M.

So how do you know if this is the right role for you?

Well, in terms of experience, we're looking for people who have worked on plenty of enterprise-level tech implementation projects. If you're outcomes-oriented and can roll up your sleeves during crunch time - tick and tick.

But this role is a bit more than that. Great communication is a given, but, as a skilled Presales Lead/Bid Architect, you know the importance of crafting and concisely communicating a narrative in successful RFT responses.
